Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents (two-person, married couple) sought to reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School to supervise and guide a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine-consecutive-days-on, three-days-off schedule, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same student home.
