Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Married couples reside in on-campus student homes as Full-time Flex Houseparents, supervising 8–13 students, providing care, administering medications, transporting to activities, planning devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule across multiple homes, with eventual placement as a Placed Houseparent in a dedicated home. Relocation assistance is provided, along with comprehensive benefits. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and being legally married for at least two years (both spouses age 27+).
