Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus in Hershey, PA, providing care, supervision, mentorship, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person of $44,768 (approximately $168,000 total per couple when including housing and meals), comprehensive health/dental/vision insurance, retirement options, relocation assistance, paid time off, and paid training. Applicants must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, and have a high school diploma or GED; valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student vans; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
