Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person full-time flex houseparent role at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, then transitions to a placed houseparent living with the same student group. Relocation to Hershey, PA with relocation assistance and paid training. Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, retirement options, paid time off, and more. Requires a two-spouse married couple, both aged 27+, with a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to campus policies (smoke-free, weapon-free, no alcohol on duty).
