Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent positions for married couples living on Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA. Responsibilities include supervising 8–13 students, mentoring, managing household routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; duties transition to a Placed Houseparent model living with the same student group. Benefits include an annual per-person salary of $44,768 (with comprehensive benefits, housing and meals, and relocation assistance). Requires youth-focused experience, on-campus housing context, strong integrity, ability to lead devotions, and a valid U.S. driver’s license; high school diploma or GED; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
