Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two married couples will live on campus as Full-time Flex Houseparents, supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and budgeting/household reporting. The role begins with a nine-on, three-off schedule and transitions to a placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Relocation to Hershey, PA is provided, with benefits including comprehensive health/dental/vision insurance, retirement options, paid time off, and relocation assistance. Education requirement is a high school diploma or GED; prior youth experience is preferred. This is a two-person, fully on-campus role for legally married couples, with age minimums of 27 for both spouses and a limit on dependents in the home.
