Job Summary
Couples reside on-campus as Full-time Flex Houseparents, overseeing a group of 8–13 students in a family-like home, providing supervision, mentorship, and support, managing routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role starts with a nine-on, three-off schedule across multiple homes and can transition into a Placed Houseparent in a single student home. Requires a two-person married couple, both spouses must be at least 27 years old, and a high school diploma or GED. Includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Two years of legally married life for the couple
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Two-person role for married couples
- Willingness to reside on-campus in student homes
- Comfort leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
