Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person team) reside on-campus to supervise and mentor a group of 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, transport students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. The role starts with a nine-day-on, three-days-off schedule and transitions to a placed Houseparent living with the same student group. Requires legally married couples for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, HS diploma or GED, US driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus. Relocation assistance is provided and compensation includes housing and benefits.

- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
