Job Summary
Houseparents provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. The role is a Full-time Flex Houseparent position for married couples who reside with students, manage daily routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and lead developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and adapt from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a placed houseparent in the same student home. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two spouses must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
