Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents – Full-time Flex Houseparents living on campus in a two-person, married-couple role. Initially support multiple student homes with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule, providing supervision, mentorship, and guidance; duties include managing routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, daily devotions, budgeting, and household reporting. Eventually transition to a placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Salary is paid per person ($46,917) with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. Requires a two-spouse, legally married pair with at least two years of marriage, both spouses aged 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus and Judeo-Christian chapel activities.
