Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School to reside on campus in Hershey, PA, supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students in a family-like home. Couples provide daily supervision, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Chapel attendance, oversee budgeting and reporting, and adapt to a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule before transitioning to a placed houseparent role. Relocation assistance is provided and benefits include comprehensive health coverage, retirement options, paid time off, and training. Requires a two-spouse, married-for-at-least-two-years arrangement, both spouses aged 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to become certified to drive student vans, experience with youth, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus.
