Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents role for married couples living on-campus in student homes, supervising ~8–13 students, providing mentorship, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning development/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and managing budgeting/household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; will transition to a Placed Houseparent in a single student home. Relocation to Hershey, PA with on-campus housing and meals; benefits include comprehensive medical/dental/vision, retirement options, and relocation assistance. Requirements: legally married for at least two years, both spouses 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to campus policies (no alcohol, smoke-free, weapon-free; Judeo-Christian chapel attendance). Required Qualifications
