Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (married couple) at Milton Hershey School provide care, supervision, and mentorship for a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and maintaining a structured, family-like environment. The role starts with a nine-on, three-off schedule and offers a transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same student home. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for legally married couples
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. drivers license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; ability to serve as role models
