Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide care, supervision, medication administration, transportation to activities, and plan developmental/recreational activities. Role includes leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and a nine-on/three-off schedule with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent in the same student home. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel (proselytizing prohibited)
