Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents needed as Full-time Flex Houseparents to live in on-campus student homes and supervise 8–13 students. The role requires a married two-person team to provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications and monitor wellness, drive students to activities, plan and lead developmental/recreational activities, and lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. The positions transition from nine consecutive days on duty to three days off, with eventual placement into a stable student-home assignment. The package includes relocation assistance, paid training, and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement), plus housing and meals on duty. Candidates must have youthful-experience-related involvement, a valid U.S. driver’s license, a high school diploma or GED, be legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. The role emphasizes integrity, professionalism, and serving as positive role models for students in a smoke-free, weapon-free campus environment, with a strong Judeo-Christian affinity and weekend Chapel participation.
