Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents at Milton Hershey School: Full-time Flex Houseparents who are married couples living on-campus with 8–13 students, providing supervision, mentorship, routines, transportation, health oversight, and spiritual activities. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with a later transition to a Placed Houseparent in the same student home. Includes budgeting and household reporting, driving responsibilities, and coordinating developmental and recreational activities, plus leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided, along with comprehensive benefits. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus. Applicants must be a legally married couple for at least two years and both spouses must complete individual applications.
