Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance for 8–13 students in on-campus homes while managing household routines, schedules, and medication administration. Drive students to activities and lead devotions, including accompanying them to Sunday Chapel. Oversee budgeting and household reporting, ensuring a structured, family-like environment that supports academic, emotional, and social development. This two-person role requires legally married couples (minimum two years) aged 27+, with experience working with youth. Both spouses must hold a valid U.S. driver's license, pass background checks, and commit to a smoke-free, alcohol-free campus. The position involves nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits including housing and meals provided.
