Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role on a Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA, for married couples. Each couple lives in an on-campus student home with 8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and a structured, family-like environment. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role over time. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off. Qualifications require a high school diploma or GED, a two-person married couple arrangement with both spouses at least 27 years old, a valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and prior experience working/volunteering with youth; ability to lead religious devotions and attend Chapel; willingness to reside on campus and adhere to vehicle, health, and safety policies.
