Job Summary
Houseparents (two-person, married-couple role) provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students in on-campus homes at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from a Flex Houseparent to a Placed Houseparent within the same student home. This is a full-time, on-campus, relocation-enabled position with a total compensation around $180,000 per couple, including housing and benefits. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and must be a legally married couple (both spouses 27+), with adherence to campus policies (smoke-free, weapon-free, no alcohol on duty, limited dependents). For consideration, both spouses must complete individual applications.
Required Qualifications

- Comfort leading devotions and Chapel services
