Houseparents for married couples needed to reside on-campus at Milton Hershey School, serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents in student homes. Provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for ~8–13 students, oversee daily routines, supervise activities, administer medications, transport students to activities, lead devotions, and participate in Sunday Chapel. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student group.
