Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple sought as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. The role involves residing in on-campus student homes to provide daily supervision, mentorship, and a structured, family-like environment for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and guiding students, administering medications, driving to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and following a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule before transitioning to a placed houseparent in the same student home. Qualifications require youth-work experience, a two-year married partnership, age 27 or older for both spouses, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to drive student vans; willingness to work in a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with limited pet allowances.
