Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role located on Milton Hershey School’s campus in Hershey, PA, progressing from nine days on / three days off to a placed Houseparent living in a dedicated student home. Responsibilities include supervising 8–13 students, mentoring, managing household routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and attending Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and ensuring welfare and wellness.
