Job Summary
Two-person married couple Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus in Hershey, PA, supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading devotions and Chapel outings, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Relocation assistance and paid training provided; comprehensive benefits offered. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus; both spouses must apply individually and be married for at least two years.
Required Qualifications

- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-spouse couple must complete individual applications
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
