Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents for Milton Hershey School are Full-time Flex Houseparents who reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, mentorship, supervision, and support for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, scheduling, medication administration, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, accompanying students to chapel, budgeting, and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students.
