Job Summary
Married couples reside on campus in Hershey, PA as Full-time Flex Houseparents, providing care, supervision and mentorship to a group of approximately 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision, medication administration, transportation to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, with an initial nine-on/three-off schedule transitioning to a Placed Houseparent living with the same students. Benefits include relocation assistance and paid training; compensation is $46,917 per person (approximately $180,000 total per couple) plus comprehensive benefits. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse, two-year marriage minimum
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Proven ability to work with youth
