Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents needed at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Live in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for approximately 8–13 students. Duties include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and attending Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and progressing from a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule toward a placed Houseparent role with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) plus comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO.
