Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside on-campus in student homes (approximately 8–13 students per home) and provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care, including supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role includes transitioning from nine days on / three days off to a placed houseparent arrangement with the same group of students. Relocation support is provided. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license with van-certification ability, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years, both aged 27 or older, and must submit individual applications for consideration.
