Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. The couple resides in an on-campus student home, providing care, mentorship, supervision, and support for approximately 8–13 students. Duties include daily supervision, planning and leading activities, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and participating in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine days on / three days off to a Placed Houseparent arrangement. Benefits include salary per person of $44,768 (plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance). Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and being legally married for at least two years; both spouses must be 27+ and complete individual applications.
