Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus at Milton Hershey School to supervise and mentor 8–13 students in a family-like home. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and attending Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. The position includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits. The job requires high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and experience with youth; candidates must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses aged 27+ are required.
