Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School to reside in on-campus student homes and care for 8–13 students. A two-person, married couple provides daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance, manages household routines and student schedules, administers medications, drives students to activities, plans and participates in development and recreational activities, leads daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and handles budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students.
