Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Flex Houseparents live on-campus in student homes and jointly care for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines and mentorship, managing household schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, conducting daily devotions, and accompanying Sunday Chapel. The role also involves budgeting and household reporting, with an initial nine days on duty followed by three days off, and eventual placement into a single student home. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, experience with youth, and being part of a legally married couple (both spouses age 27+).
