Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus in student homes in Hershey, PA, caring for about 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Benefits include salary of $44,768 per person (approx. $168,000 total per couple) plus housing, meals on duty, utilities, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid time off. Qualifications include experience with youth, a legally married two-person couple, both spouses aged 27 or older, HS diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, ability to lead devotions and chapel services, and a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty.
