Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside on-campus in a student home to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental activities and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, with a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule transitioning to a placed houseparent with the same students. The role includes relocation and training with comprehensive benefits, on-duty meals, housing, and a driver’s license requirement. Mandatory completion of individual applications by both spouses.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Two-spouse two-years marriage minimum
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Commitment to smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- No more than three dependent children in home
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
