Houseparents - Flex on-campus role for married couples at Milton Hershey School. Full-time positions involve supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students in an on-campus home, managing household routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living-and-working arrangement.
