Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents in a two-person, married-couple role reside in on-campus student homes to provide care, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentoring, medication administration, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transitioning to a Placed Houseparent living with the same student group. Requires experience with youth, a valid US driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a HS diploma or GED. Must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses aged 27 or older; two-person household with up to three dependent children; no alcohol on duty; on-campus housing and meals provided; commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; Judeo-Christian religious expectations.
