Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus in Hershey, PA to supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from a nine-days-on/three-days-off cycle to a placed houseparent role living with the same group. This two-person, married-couple position requires residency on campus, relocation assistance, and offers comprehensive benefits; salary is paid per person. The role emphasizes a structured, family-like environment to support students’ academic, emotional, and social development while upholding a smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy.
