Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. The couple resides in on-campus student homes and provides care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students, fostering a structured, family-like environment for academic, emotional, and social development. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and following a rotating 9-on/3-off schedule with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role.
