Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents for Milton Hershey School are two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents who reside in on-campus student homes and supervise a group of about 8–13 students. Duties include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and participating in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and following a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule before transitioning to a placed houseparent role with the same student home.
