Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and supervise 8–13 students, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support to foster academic, emotional, and social development. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and initially supporting multiple student homes with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule before transitioning to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth

- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
