Job Summary
Two-person married couple will serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. They reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, guidance, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring daily routines, managing student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and initially supporting various homes on a nine-on/three-off cycle before transitioning to a placed houseparent role. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
