Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents (married couple) live on-campus in student homes in Unionville Center, OH, supervising 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a single student home. Benefits include salary per person ($46,917) with total compensation around $180,000 per couple, plus comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. Requires high school diploma or GED, two-spouse, two-year marriage minimum, both spouses at least 27, driver's license with certification to drive student vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a safe, weapon-free, smoke-free campus; includes participation in Judeo-Christian services.
