Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents needed as Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School. A two-person, married couple will reside in on-campus student homes (8–13 students per home) and provide supervision, mentorship, and day-to-day care, including managing routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and overseeing budgeting and home reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a fixed home. Relocation assistance and paid training are included, along with comprehensive benefits. Both spouses must apply individually and meet age and licensing requirements; high school diploma or GED is required. Must be willing to live on campus in a smoke- and weapon-free environment and refrain from alcohol while on duty; driving certification and license are required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The role emphasizes student welfare, faith-based activities, and a family-like, structured setting.
