Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person full-time Flex Houseparent roles for couples living on-campus in a student home, supervising roughly 8–13 students, providing care, mentorship, daily routines, medication administration, transportation to activities, and leading devotions with Sunday Chapel. The role includes budgeting and household reporting, a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule with eventual transition to a placed houseparent in the same student home. Requires legally married couples aged 27 or older, with at least two years of marriage, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans required. Relocation assistance and paid training provided; benefits include medical/dental/vision, HSA/FSAs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings, and PTO. Education requirement is a high school diploma or GED; both spouses must complete individual applications.
