Job Summary
Houseparents (two-person, married couple) needed to reside on campus at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and adhering to a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role.
