Job Summary
Houseparents for Milton Hershey School: two-person, married couples (legally married at least two years) to live on campus in student homes as Full-time Flex Houseparents, providing supervision, care, transportation, medications, devotions, chapel attendance, budgeting, and activity planning for 8–13 students. Initial nine days on, three days off, transitioning to a placed houseparent role. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement, paid time off, and relocation assistance. Both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
