Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus in student homes in Hershey, PA, providing daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting for a group of approximately 8–13 students. The role starts with a nine-consecutive-day on schedule followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a single, consistent student-home assignment. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement options. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license and willingness to become certified to drive student home vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the ability to work as a two-person married-couple team in a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty.
