Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents needed at Milton Hershey School to reside on-campus in student homes and provide care, supervision, and guidance for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, conducting daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine-consecutive-days-on, three-days-off schedule, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students in their home. Qualifications include experience with youth, two-person married couple requirement, both spouses aged 27 or older, no more than three dependent children in the home, driver’s license and ability to drive student vans, comfort leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
