Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents needed to live on-campus in a two-person couple to supervise and mentor 8–13 students in a student home. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting. The role starts with a nine-on, three-off schedule and transitions to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- Living on campus as a two-person couple in a student home
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Completed individual employment applications for both spouses
