Houseparents for Milton Hershey School: married couples to reside in on-campus student homes, provide care, supervision, and mentorship for a group of approximately 8–13 students; responsibilities include supervising daily routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting; schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, then transition into a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group; relocation to Hershey, PA; compensation is $44,768 per person (approximately $168,000 total per couple with benefits), relocation assistance provided, comprehensive benefits package; required experience with youth, two-year married-spouse requirement, age criteria, driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a strong commitment to student wellbeing.
