Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents (two-person, married couple) will reside on an on-campus student home in Hershey, PA, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and a structured family-like environment for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine-on, three-off duty cycle and can transition to a placed Houseparent living with the same student group. Both spouses must complete individual employment applications to be considered.
